Office Hours
These will be the hours teachers will be on Zoom to answer any questions students may have. Zoom links can be found on teacher Canvas pages. This time is to be used for and by the students. As a parent or guardian, if you would like a conference, please e-mail the teacher with that request, and they will set up a day and time to meet with you.

The main school phone line may be used between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Our Admin, Counselors, Librarian, Nurse, and Office Staff may be reached by e-mail from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
All Special Education and Intervention Team meetings will still be held on Zoom at their scheduled time.

Asynchronous Work Expectations
The work completed on Code Orange days is optional and does not provide any new learning or instruction by the teacher. As there is no live Zoom, each teacher will have a menu of assignment options on their Canvas page. These menus may include items such as: work on Lexia, IXL, DreamBox, Elevation, reading, writing, or time to work on on-going projects, missing assignments, or to prepare for upcoming assessments. Although the work is optional, we do highly encourage every student to participate in both the asynchronous work and the office hours. We recommend that each elementary child spend at least one hour on the tasks and each middle school student spend at least one and a half hours. Going past that time is encouraged, and we look forward to seeing the progress you make on these days!
