New Menu Line Signage on the School Serving Lines

Have you seen the new signs on the school breakfast and lunch service lines? The PWCS Food and Nutrition Department rolled out new signage over the past couple months to assist students and staff in selecting menu items that meet their dietary needs and preferences. The new signs are adhered to the glass sneeze guards on the serving lines and provide a description of the menu item as well as icons that identify if the food is Halal certified, vegetarian, or contains any of the top 9 allergens. We hope that students and staff feel more comfortable dining at PWCS with this additional information about the food! Below are examples of some of the signs. Please assist PWCS Nutrition in sharing this information with students and families so they can be more informed about their menu options.
