On Monday, May 9th, we started the implementation of our new AIPhone Access Control Entry System as initiated by Prince William County Schools. This new procedure will provide additional safety precautions and support to all our staff and students.
In order to correctly use this system, please review the following information and items needed to ensure entrance into the building.
On the brick wall to the left of the handicapped entrance, please notice a small device which has a built in button to push that will allow you verbal access to the front office staff.
Please be ready to speak your full name, show your current ID, and state the purpose of your visit.
Once your information is verified, the authorized staff will allow entry to the building.
Proceed directly to the front office as usual and present your ID again to sign in as either a visitor or volunteer.
